Ableton Live 12.3 is here – and brings a whole bundle of highly anticipated new features:
Thanks to the integrated "Stem Separation", vocals, drums, bass and instruments can be extracted from audio clips with just a few clicks – ideal for remixes or sample editing.
The new Splice integration lets you browse and insert samples directly from the Splice library at the right tempo and key – without leaving Live.
Features such as "Bounce Groups" and "Paste Bounced Audio" ensure a smoother workflow, and the new Auto-Pan/Tremolo device offers expanded modulation possibilities.
Hardware users also benefit: The update expands the expressiveness of Ableton Push 3 – with a new XYZ layout, rhythm generator and touch-sensitive step editing in standalone mode.
We've tested all the new features and summarized them in a video on our YouTube channel – feel free to check it out if you want to see how 12.3 sounds in practice.
